• Experience in design principles and design patterns. Strong background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process

• 5+ years’ experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology, leading the software development team to successfully deliver projects

• Scrum, sprint planning, burn down and velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, retrospectives

• 5+ years' experience as a business analyst or project manager

• Manage scope, estimation, project status, reporting, escalation

• Experience gathering required info into Business Requirements, Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases, and scenarios

• Ability to communicate with both business and technology partners effectively

Range: $60-65/hr
