- Social Media Strategy & Channel Management
Manage day-to-day publishing, and quality control of all social content, with a focus specifically on Instagram and Facebook.
Maintain the social media content calendar, with the rest of the social media team.
Generate strategic caption copy to be reviewed by the manager.
Assemble content, as needed, using Photoshop and branded templates, ensuring consistency across all posts. - Community & Partner Engagement
Support community management efforts, including responding to incoming messages and moderating comments.
Escalate issues or high-risk situations to leadership as needed.
Manage the internal review process for partnership content, including tracking materials that require feedback, following up with stakeholders, and consolidating input to share with partners. Analytics, Tools & Budget Management
Track follower counts by calculating daily and weekly totals across all platforms and adjust ad budget spending based on weekly results.
Support channel analytics and make recommendations for content planning and optimization.
Monitor social advertising campaigns to ensure performance aligns with engagement and growth goals, coordinating with external vendors and flagging any issues or optimization opportunities. - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Stewardship
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all content and digital initiatives align with brand positioning, messaging consistency, and established voice and visual standards - Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.
5+ years of experience in digital content, social media, marketing, or editorial roles.
Understanding of growing social media channels and developing high-performing content strategies.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong storytelling sensibility.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using content management, publishing, and analytics platforms (e.g., Asana, Sprout Social, TikTok Business Manager, Meta Business Manager).
Strong visual eye and proficiency in working with design assets, including basic Photoshop editing.
Experience managing strategic partnerships or community engagement.
