Job Title: Python Production Support 
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Enterprise BFSI client
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours

About the Role:

Model Adoption support and L3 support. Coordinate with users and across teams to drive and deliver solutions. Manage/Implement regulatory and security patches, upgrades, and enhancements. Deliver solutions to automate and/or monitor or improve the system. Work with Users, Development team, Dev Ops, Business analyst etc. to find quick resolution to the issues.

Top Three skills:

• Python development with strong PySpark experience
• Production support expertise (L2/L3, incident management, SLA-driven)
• Linux & shell scripting (bash for automation and troubleshooting)

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years Python development experience, including writing production-grade, maintainable code
• 5+ years in a production support role (L1/L2), handling high-priority incidents under SLAs
• Hands-on experience with PySpark on Hadoop/YARN or Spark-on-K8s
• Strong Shell scripting (bash) skills for automation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Linux system administration (process management, file systems, networking)

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $66 – $67 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
