Responsibilities:
- Review inpatient cases for medical necessity
- Handle prior authorizations & concurrent reviews
- Ensure compliance with InterQual/CMS guidelines
- Collaborate with providers & internal teams
Requirements:
- Active WA RN/LPN/LVN license
- 2+ years clinical experience (Utilization Management and Case management)
- Prior Authorization/Utilization Review
- Knowledge of InterQual & medical necessity guidelines
