Job Title: Technical Support Technician
Duration: 6-month contract (potential extension/conversion)
Location: Sterling, VA (M-F 8 hour shift)
Target Pay Rate: $23/hr - $25/hr

Required Skills:

• Previous Data Center Experience within DCO (break-fix, hardware replacement, troubleshooting).
• 1-3 years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Experience with driver repairs, dry-work, and break-fix.
• Familiarity with computer hardware.
• Basic understanding of Networking Troubleshooting (DHCP/Static IP, Single mode/Multimode fibers, checking server connections, cabling).
• Associate’s degree in a related field.
