Job Duties:
- Navigate multiple systems to access and update customer accounts.

Follow all Risk, Compliance, and authentication procedures.

Accurately identify and resolve issues including declines, limits, payments, billing, disputes, fraud, rewards, and account updates.

Clearly communicate resolutions and next steps to customers.
