Responsibilities:

• Perform keying/data entry for Add Location requests

• Validate merchant/location data in internal systems

• Conduct peer review as part of the 100% QC process

• Manage 20–30 onboarding cases in various stages

• Coordinate with Product, QC, Sales, and Contract teams

• Identify errors and ensure accuracy before submission

• Work independently and own the workflow

Must Haves:

• Merchant Services or Payments onboarding experience (Add Locations, QC, terminal setup, etc.)

• Strong keying/data-entry accuracy

• Data validation & quality control experience

• Ability to manage a queue independently (20–30 cases at a time)

• Highly polished verbal & written communication

• Strong professionalism, accountability, and organization

• Ability to catch small errors and follow strict accuracy standards

• Experience in Merchant Onboarding

• Account Management or Relationship Management background

• Strong attention to detail, polished communication, and ability to work under pressure

• Clear articulation of professionalism, workload management, and problem-solving

• Ability to handle delays diplomatically and maintain accuracy without micromanagement
