Pay Range: $45 to $50 per hour.

Position Details:

• Bachelor degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of clinical research or project management experience
• At least 1 year of hands on experience with Patient Reported Outcomes or outcomes research.
• Strong understanding of global clinical operations and regulatory requirements including GCP
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing timelines vendors and multiple stakeholders

• Coordinate Patient Reported Outcomes and electronic PRO licensing activities across clinical studies
• Manage and maintain repository of PRO instruments including licensing and translation requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support study start up activities
• Track project milestones timelines and deliverables to ensure on time execution
• Provide guidance and training to teams on PRO processes and best practices
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and global regulatory requirements
• Facilitate communication across cross functional teams to resolve issues and drive progress

• Experience working in a large enterprise environment
• Familiarity with electronic PRO systems and digital health tools
• Exposure to outcomes research and health economics
• Experience supporting global study start up activities
