Job Title: IT Asset Management (ITAM) Coordinator
Location: On-site (5 days/week) – Vernon Hills, IL
Duration: 9-Month Contract
Start Date: Immediate

Pay Range: $17-$18/hr 

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented ITAM Coordinator to support hardware asset lifecycle management. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth asset operations across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming hardware shipments.
• Package and ship outbound IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking.
• Perform routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain asset records and reports using Msft Excel.
• Support process improvements in asset tracking and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage asset flow.
• Learn and utilize asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Requirements:

• Strong Excel skill (data entry, sorting, filtering, basic reporting)
• High attention to  detail and organizational ability
• Good communication skill
• Ability to handle and move hardware equipment safely
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems

Preferred:

• Experience in inventory, logistics, or asset management (not mandatory)
