Job Title: Lockbox Extractor / Office Admin

Location: Brooklyn, OH 44144 (Onsite)

Client: Banking

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

For weekends if someone want to do Parttime work - 10 hours shift on sat and sundays.
Pay Range: $16- $19/hr

Duration: 3-6 months + Possible Extension

Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, the Lockbox Extractor is responsible for receiving, sorting, and processing client remittances, invoices, and payments. The role ensures accurate and timely preparation of checks and data in accordance with standard banking procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and sort incoming mail (invoices, checks, payments)
  • Prepare and batch remittance data for processing
  • Perform basic data entry and 10-key operations
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets
  • Assist with cross-functional tasks like mail sorting and data entry

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines
  • Prior lockbox, banking, or payment processing experience
  • 10-key/data entry experience
  • Office or administrative experience
