Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle integration of SAP LeanIX within the ATS environment
• Configure and optimize LeanIX to serve as the single source of truth for application portfolio management
• Establish a scalable framework for:
• Application health tracking
• Lifecycle management (upgrade, enhance, retire)
• Alignment to business and infrastructure priorities
• Drive ingestion, normalization, and mapping of data across ~6,000 applications
• Partner with infrastructure and architecture leadership to embed LeanIX into strategic decision-making processes

Must Haves

• Deep, hands-on experience with SAP LeanIX (implementation, integration, and optimization)
• Enterprise Architecture background with a strong strategic and systems-thinking mindset
• Proven experience implementing Application Portfolio Management (APM) or similar platforms at scale
• Experience working in large enterprise environments managing complex application ecosystems (1,000+ apps; 6,000+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of:
• Application lifecycle management
• Technology risk management
• Enterprise architecture modeling (dependencies, data flows, business capabilities)
