Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: Pacific Northwest (WA/OR) - must be open to relocation within the region

Employment Type: Full-time (with benefits)

Salary Range - $60,000 - $63,150

Overview:

• 2-2.5 year rotational program designed to develop future business leaders across operations, finance, sales, and leadership
• Hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, inventory, purchasing, financial forecasting, and customer-facing sales
• Includes product training, sales development, and leadership workshops

Post-Program Responsibilities:

• Manage a branch location with full ownership of operations and performance
• Hire, train, and lead a team
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Develop inventory and sales strategies
• Drive market growth and business performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Willingness to relocate within Washington or Oregon
• Strong initiative, leadership potential, and communication skills
• Interest in sales, operations, and business management
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record
