Contract to Hire: Binghamton, New York, US
Salary Range: 24.00 - 29.00 | Per Hour

Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 3–7 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Strong experience in electronics or electromechanical assembly environments
- Hands-on experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and failure analysis
- Experience with MCAD/ECAD tools (SolidWorks, Altium preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and quality teams
Pay Range:
$24/hr - $29/hr
