Job Title - Management Trainee
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Management Trainee Program is not your average “sit-and-watch” development track. Over the course of 2 to 2.5 years, you’ll rotate through every critical part of our business, from warehouse logistics to financial forecasting to customer sales strategy.
At the end of the program, you’ll be prepared to lead a location where you’ll:
· Hire and manage a team
· Build lasting customer relationships
· Develop inventory and sales strategies
· Drive your market’s growth with the full support and resources of a privately held leader in electrical distribution
What you will lean:
? Business Operations: Inventory control, purchasing, warehouse and counter sales
