Be the SME for Processing Performance Monitor in terms of who is enrolled, client status, new enrollments, cancelations and retention.

Work through our potential client database to sell: Define client segmentation and tailor message specific for use cases.

Work with CSMs to identify potential clients and present the dashboard to solve clients’ pain points.

Keep Potential client list updated after every billing month closure.

Create and maintain Issuer – Contact and email database to send webinar invitations, informative emails and use as sales contacts.

Contact enrolled users who aren’t using the dashboard to provide training and generate product engagement.

Contact enrolled users who are super users to obtain information on how they use the tool, what additional information they need, and document use cases.

Follow up on users enrolled in Free Trials, when they activate, when it’s about to expire.

Follow up on users that are requesting offboarding.

Follow up with sellers and AEs on their open Opportunities.

Obtain leads from CS teams.

Document feedback on canceled enrollments and provide analysis and

with possible solutions / product enhancements.

Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally.

Provide external webinars.

Manage client pipeline in Dynamics.
