Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and digitally skilled Business Support Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, analytics, and administrative activities. This role blends operations support, data analysis, visual workplace initiatives (5S), and office coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination

  • Support workplace efficiency initiatives including 5S and visual management
  • Assist with office moves, space transitions, and coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business communications

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Analyze operational and performance data to support decision-making
  • Create visually engaging, leadership-ready presentations

Business Support

  • Coordinate procurement activities, site visits, and internal events
  • Support cross-functional teams and leadership initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Power BI and data reporting
  • Exposure to operations support / coordination roles
  • Knowledge of 5S or Lean methodologies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in a hybrid role combining analytics and administrative/operations support
