About the Role
Position Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level ETL / Automation Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is a backfill for an existing contractor and requires someone who can quickly ramp up and contribute to ongoing data and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL development, Python scripting, and SQL, with experience building and optimizing data pipelines and automation workflows.
Must Haves:
- 3–6 years of experience in ETL development and data engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data workflows
- Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, joins, data modeling concepts)
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools or frameworks
- Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 55$-60$ per hour
