• Requires bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 10+ years of relevant work experience.

• Familiar with construction tools and equipment as well as their uses.
• Extensive technical knowledge and experience in electrical operations; to ensure adequate coordination with all stakeholders for smooth and safe execution.
• Technical knowledge and experience in electrical codes and operations; to ensure adequate coordination with all stakeholders for smooth and safe execution.
• Proficient in MS suite in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
• Experience managing union craft.
• Heavy industrial US direct hire construction experience
• Extensive working knowledge of construction planning, monitoring and control.
• Knowledge of the use of subcontracts; knowledge of the contractor/subcontractor's responsibilities contained in subcontract documents.
• Knowledge and understanding of the application and requirements of the Project Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Handbook and the Company Core Processes as they relate to area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Knowledge of Company's "Zero Accidents" safety program.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

Pay Range:
$80/hr - $85/hr
