**About the Role**

This position involves overseeing and organizing the planning, safety, quality, and technical activities of direct hire or subcontractor teams on a complex project with multiple stakeholders. The role requires coordination and guidance of subcontractor management staff to ensure operations align with established schedules and are executed safely.

**Responsibilities**

• Monitor and organize subcontractor activities through coordination and instruction of subcontractor management staff.
• Oversee construction schedules, resource charts, and material and equipment requirements for direct hire or subcontractor teams.
• Prepare or review methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements for construction.
• Coordinate construction operations to ensure they align with overall established schedules and external interfaces.
• Monitor the installation of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and work rules as established by field construction management.
• Support Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals in interpreting engineering design documents and other technical documents.
• Coordinate engineering solutions with subcontractors, foremen, and craft professionals.
• Collaborate with design teams on constructability issues.
• Maintain knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Uphold the company's "Zero Accidents" safety program.
• Demonstrate excellent customer relations and communication skills.

**Education Qualification**

• Relevant educational background in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

**Required Skills**

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering design documents and technical documents.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Familiarity with construction methods, schedules, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
