Pay Range: $40 to $50 an hour. (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and enhance manufacturing operations within a dynamic production environment. This role involves leading complex engineering initiatives, identifying process improvements, and ensuring efficient and high quality production outcomes. The ideal candidate will apply strong technical expertise to resolve manufacturing challenges and drive continuous improvement. This position requires collaboration across teams and the ability to implement innovative solutions where standard practices may not exist. The role plays a critical part in optimizing manufacturing performance and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex manufacturing engineering tasks across production processes
• Analyze manufacturing issues and recommend effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve process efficiency and product quality
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support validation and verification activities for manufacturing systems
• Review engineering approaches with peers to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Identify risks and proactively address production challenges
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Mechanical or Software Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production processes
• Experience with validation and verification activities
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization
• Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience implementing innovative engineering solutions
• Familiarity with cross system integration and impact analysis
