Title: Support Engineer - iSeries 
Location: Plano, TX 
Pay Range: Between 65-68

• 10+ years of production/application support experience within banking or financial services environments.
• Strong experience supporting systems on iSeries platforms.
• Working knowledge of RPG and CL programming on AS400 systems.
• Experience supporting databases such as DB2 and SQL.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, capacity, and change management processes.
• Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as Geneos, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar.
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot systems using Unix/Linux commands.

• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
• Experience scheduling or managing batch workloads using AutoSys.
• Background supporting clearing, trading, or capital markets systems.
• Knowledge of capacity planning and performance analysis.
• Experience working in global follow-the-sun production support models.
