Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
Location: REMOTE
Type: 7 Month's Contract(Posisble Extension)
Pay Range: $25 - $28/hr
 

Must Have Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in contract preparation, ideally within the technology or telecommunications sector.  
  • Strong understanding of content delivery technologies, web security, cloud services, and related business models.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and document tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to interpret legal language and communicate it clearly to non-legal stakeholders.

Day to Day Responsibilities:  

  • Draft custom enterprise contracts for customers of CDN services, ensuring that all agreements meet legal standards and business objectives, including managing redlines across legal and the customer.
  • Set commercial and custom pricing while leading custom deals.
  • Negotiate costs with vendor and work with sellers to finalize pricing.
  • Work across all commercial segments, including Most of World (MoW)/international and Federal/Public Sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, supplier/vendor, legal, technical, and operations) to gather necessary information and ensure alignment of contract terms, service levels, and deliverables.
  • Manage margin, revenue assurance and risk assessment per contracted deal.
  • Approve all vendor orders – ensure costs/terms/custom T&Cs match executed contracts.
  • Review and negotiate wholesale costs and terms and conditions with the vendor/supplier.
  • Provide sales teams and customers deal pricing and addressing legal, financial, and operational concerns while safeguarding company interests.
  • Assist in the preparation of addendums, amendments, and renewals for existing contracts.
  • Manage contract lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and maintaining accurate records of all contract-related documents.
  • Customize pricing structures, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics specific to each customer.
  • Provide guidance on legal and contractual matters to internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth contract implementation.
  • Monitor contract compliance and work with internal teams to address any performance or operational issues related to agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all contracts.
