Job Title: Project Lead – Sales & Events Systems
Location: Remote (Regional Travel Required – up to 2 times per quarter if required)
Duration: 18-month contract
Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $35-40/hr 

 

Mission:

Lead the planning, coordination, training, and deployment of proprietary Sales & Events systems to ensure successful adoption and operational excellence across Inclusive Collection hotels.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Support planning, logistics, and execution of Sales & Events system implementations
  • Coordinate project timelines, track milestones, and manage dependencies
  • Ensure deliverables remain on schedule
  • Manage and communicate onboarding schedules for each hotel
  • Partner with hotel leadership to prepare for deployments (training space, equipment, travel, and staffing)
  • Support cross-functional teams throughout the rollout
  • Facilitate virtual and onsite training sessions
  • Guide on-property teams through system configuration aligned to their market needs
  • Ensure smooth, consistent, and timely delivery of the overall project

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hotel management experience in Sales & Events
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple initiatives/projects
  • Deep knowledge of proprietary Sales & Events systems, specifically Envision (required)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken, written, and reading)
  • Strong project coordination experience
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with project management software
