5+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on development and technical leadership - must have prior leadership experience
- Proven full-stack development experience with backend (Java, .NET, or Python) and frontend (React or Angular) technologies
- Hands-on experience building and scaling AI/ML or Generative AI solutions, including LLM integrations and evaluation-driven development
- Experience with modern AI concepts such as prompt engineering, chunking, indexing, and retrieval/reranking (RAG frameworks)
- Strong experience working with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive complex initiatives end-to-end

Ability to lead projects, influence technical direction, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Experience designing and implementing agentic AI frameworks for multi-step reasoning and automation workflows
- Knowledge of AI model lifecycle management, governance, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Experience with GenAI Ops and enterprise-scale AI adoption strategies
- Familiarity with human-centered AI design principles for enterprise applications
- Experience working in large, distributed Agile environments
