Pay Range: $45 to $55 per hour.

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possibilities of Extension based on the performance and business needs)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist with expertise in pharmaceutical process development and parenteral products within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will support laboratory studies, technology transfer, and scale up activities for both clinical and commercial manufacturing. This role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to independently design and execute experiments. The candidate will contribute to product development and CMC teams by generating high quality data and insights. A strong understanding of regulatory standards and manufacturing processes is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support laboratory studies for process development and technology transfer of parenteral drug products.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate stability of biologics under various process conditions.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to develop robust manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support scale up and commercial manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Document and present scientific findings in a clear and organized manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree with 7 plus years of experience or Master degree with 3 plus years of experience in
• Chemistry Chemical Engineering Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
• Experience in pharmaceutical laboratory environment with focus on process development
• Strong ability to design execute and interpret scientific experiments
• Knowledge of parenteral or injectable product manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with biologics or antibody drug conjugates
• Familiarity with technology transfer and scale up processes
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for injectable products
