Pay Range: $55 to $60 an hour.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Computational Pathology Scientist to support advanced research in spatial biology and translational science within a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on analyzing complex tissue based datasets to enable biomarker discovery and mechanism of action studies. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in spatial transcriptomics and high dimensional imaging data. You will collaborate with cross functional scientific teams and contribute to impactful research initiatives. This is a hands on role requiring both technical depth and scientific communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pipelines for spatial transcriptomics and high plex imaging data analysis
  • Perform comprehensive image analysis including tissue classification cell segmentation and phenotyping
  • Conduct spatial analysis including clustering neighborhood and proximity analysis
  • Collaborate with pathologists and scientists to support research programs
  • Train team members on computational workflows and spatial analysis methods
  • Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
  • Manage multiple datasets and ensure data quality and reproducibility

Required Qualifications:

  • Master degree or PhD in computational biology biological sciences engineering computer science or related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R
  • Experience with spatial transcriptomics or proteomics data analysis
  • Experience with high plex imaging data and analysis workflows
  • Familiarity with digital pathology platforms such as Halo Visiopharm or QuPath
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced spatial biology technologies
  • Knowledge of histology and tissue microanatomy
  • Experience with clustering and statistical modeling techniques
  • Background in translational research or biomarker discovery
  • Experience working in collaborative scientific environments
