Day To Day Responsbilities:

Lead and oversee a multi-year enterprise Finance ERP transformation program Provide governance and strategic leadership across three program streams ERP implementation Data platform / data management Integration stream Oversee Project Managers responsible for individual workstreams Establish program governance, reporting structures, and delivery standards Manage external implementation partners and system integrators Align ERP implementation with finance processes including accounting, procurement, and financial reporting Coordinate dependencies between ERP, data, and integration teams Track program risks, mitigation strategies, and interdependencies Manage stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and executive leadership Ensure delivery of the MVP milestone and full ERP rollout Support migration to the new ERP platform and decommissioning of legacy systems Translate complex program details into business impact for executive leadership

Must Have:

10+ years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs Proven experience leading ERP transformation initiatives Specific experience overseeing implementations of MS 365 Finance & Operations Strong finance domain knowledge including: Financial accounting FP&A Finance data flows and reporting Accounts Payable Experience managing multiple cross-functional program streams Strong experience with:

Stakeholder management Vendor / system integrator management Risk management Change management Experience establishing program governance, delivery standards, and reporting Experience managing large program budgets, timelines, and cross-functional resources Experience working with multiple delivery methodologies: Agile Waterfall Hybrid Experience leading programs within an Insurance or Healthcare organization.

Rate Range: $100-$115/hr without Benefits
