Job Details:
Title: Escalations Representative
Client: Banking
Work Locations (Hybrid): St. Louis, MO, 63103 (Hybrid – 1 week onsite / 1 week remote)
Duration: 06 months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire) 
Pay Range: $23/Hr to $25/Hr 
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM – 4 PM CST 
(Occasional coverage until 5:00 PM CST)
 
Role Overview:
  • In this role, you will support the Escalations team within Enterprise Complaints & Product Services.
  • You will be responsible for handling complaint intake, ensuring accurate data capture, and supporting regulatory reporting processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 6 months – 1 year of brokerage or FINRA-related experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (professionalism & empathy)
