**************We are Hiring for a Civil Architect/Designer************

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Designer, Landscape Architecture, Architect or a related field such as Architecture
• 3–5+ years of professional experience supporting site, civil, or landscape design for industrial, high-tech, or large-scale development projects (e.g., manufacturing, semiconductor, solar, battery, or similar facilities)
• Experience with site and master planning, including grading, drainage, pavements, utilities, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and integrated site/landscape systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, Rhino, and Adobe Photoshop with the ability to produce construction and permitting documentation
• Familiarity with applicable site, civil, and landscape codes, standards, and permitting processes, or a strong willingness to learn

Pay Range: $40/hr - $60/hr
