Job Title: Electromechanical Supply Chain Manager

Location:North Reading, MA

Duration: 6+ Months- possible extension/conversion

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $43 .00/hr- $45 .00/hr .

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or product operations management in electromechanical
• commoditiesDemonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder supply chain initiatives in sustained operationsStrong
• analytical skills with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority (matrix management)
• Experience with supplier relationship management and performance tracking
• Knowledge of global hardware and electromechanical supply chains
