• Act as Talent Acquisition representative for the Phenom implementation
• Coordinate deliverables across Talent Acquisition workstreams
• Gather and translate business requirements into structured inputs
• Partner with technical specialists to support implementation
• Support testing phases and ensure participation from stakeholders
• Track milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure readiness for go-live from Talent Acquisition side
• Communicate project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Document tasks, requirements, and progress across workstreams

• Strong project coordination or project management experience
• Experience managing timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven projects
• Organizational and documentation skills

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR environments
• Exposure to CRM or HR technology implementations
• Experience working with tools like Phenom or similar platforms
• Background in consulting or implementation roles
• Experience in regulated environments
