• We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support order management and customer operations.
• This role involves processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Accurately process and manage customer orders using order management systems
• Perform manual and OCR-based order entry, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, and changes
• Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, distribution)
• Manage returns, cancellations, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes
