Client: Logistics
Job Title: Logistics (Order Processing)
Schedule: Hybrid onsite in Roswell, the other weekdays can be remote
Address: Roswell, GA 30076
Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)
Pay Range: $20/hr. - $22/ hr.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer order entry and processing using SAP and OCR tools, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, updating order status, and offering solutions when issues arise.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, distribution, customer care) to resolve order issues, returns, and supply chain challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while meeting key performance metrics like order cycle time and quality standards.
- Support process improvements, collaborate with teams, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
