Remote: Houston, Texas, US
Salary Range: 20.00 - 21.00 | Per Hour

Responsibilities:
- Review patient records
- Assign correct medical codes
- Help doctors improve their documentation
Qualifications:
- Certified coder (CPC, CCS, RHIT, etc.) → required
- At least 2+ years coding experience
- Experience with chart reviews + medical coding
- Knowledge of ICD coding (including inpatient/PCS)
