This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, embedding with partner teams to translate, document, and facilitate work into the MarTech stack while improving how requirements are gathered and executed.

Day-to-Day:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will embed with a partner team and serve as the connective tissue between business needs and technical execution. This individual will spend their time gathering and clarifying requirements, documenting work, and translating it into actionable Jira backlogs. They will work heavily within tools like Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Miro, and Lucidchart to support documentation and collaboration. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, including meetings with leadership, and focuses on API-driven initiatives within a MarTech and CRM ecosystem. Additionally, this person will help support guest experience initiatives, including preference capture and enabling personalized, two-way communication between colleagues and guests. They will also lead and facilitate the intake process and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.

Must Haves:
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience

Strong experience gathering, interpreting, and documenting requirements using Jira, Confluence, and similar collaboration/documentation tools

Strong high level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong active listening skills and curiosity to learn systems/tech stacks
- Experience working in API-driven environments
Plusses:

Experience with CRM and MarTech tools such as Braze and/or Amperity

Experience supporting preference capture or customer data flows
- Experience bridging on-prem CRM systems with modern MarTech stacks
