Responsibilities include managing medical collections, insurance verification, payment posting, and resolving billing discrepancies using EPIC systems. Candidate must be familiar with commercial and government payers (Medicare and Medicaid), handle high-volume calls, and deliver professional customer service with strong critical thinking and sound judgment.
