• Partner with senior Professional Engineers on project design and execution.
• Perform design and drafting of steel structures using tools such as Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software.
• Collaborate with customers and project teams to define requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Document and report project progress, ensuring alignment between teams and clients.
• Learn and apply internal engineering processes and best practices to maintain consistency and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in structural or civil engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with steel structure design and drafting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• PE (Professional Engineer) or SE (Structural Engineer) certification.
• Prior experience in the steel industry or with manufacturing/construction competitors.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar 3D modeling tools.
