Position Title: Sr. Scrum Master/QA Lead/Manager

Location:  Chicago, IL (Hybrid onsite 3 days)

Contract Length: 12 months

Pay Range: $70 to $75

• We would be looking for someone with a blend of a background in both QA and performing the scrum master role.
  Experience in running Scrum teams, and in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across technology and the business.
• Knowledge of Software development principles and release management.
• Highly motivated, self starter, solving real problems, and adding value to the business
• As a scrum master, this person will have the responsibility of running a scrum team, delivering complex software solutions.
• Later, in the QA lead role, the person will oversee compliance of test and release artifacts to enterprise requirements
• Provide expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with financial clients is a big plus
