Job Title: Computing Support Analyst
Location: Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite
Duration: 12 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance).
Pay Rate: ($40-$42) hourly
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user IT support via in-person, phone, email, and chat, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues (Windows & Mac)
  • Manage and update tickets using ServiceNow or similar tools
  • Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements
  • Support IT projects, including network upgrades, desk setups, and technology rollouts
  • Coordinate hardware setup, moves, and peripheral deployments
  • Document solutions and maintain an internal knowledge base.
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Help Desk
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, networks, and business applications
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow) and remote support tools
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, SSO, and MFA
  • Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and mobile devices (iOS, Android)
  • with endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike) and device compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, MCSA, or Apple Certified Support Professional
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT environments and infrastructure projects
