- Provide end-user IT support via in-person, phone, email, and chat, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues (Windows & Mac)
- Manage and update tickets using ServiceNow or similar tools
- Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements
- Support IT projects, including network upgrades, desk setups, and technology rollouts
- Coordinate hardware setup, moves, and peripheral deployments
- Document solutions and maintain an internal knowledge base.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Help Desk
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, networks, and business applications
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow) and remote support tools
- Knowledge of Active Directory, SSO, and MFA
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- with endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike) and device compliance
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, MCSA, or Apple Certified Support Professional
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments and infrastructure projects
