Title: Power BI Developer
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Spring, TX
Pay rate: $35 to $40


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models focused on performance and usability
• Build and optimize data models (star schema, DAX, calculation groups) for scalable analytics solutions
• Manage Power BI Service components including workspaces, deployment pipelines, and data refresh strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business needs into effective BI solutions

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service)
• Strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization
• Proficiency in SQL and working with enterprise-level data sources
• Experience with GitHub for version control and managing Power BI (PBIP) projects
