- Monitor production environments and respond to alerts/incidents in real time
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across applications, infrastructure, and data layers
- Work closely with business and technical teams to investigate and resolve incidents
- Manage incidents based on SLAs and priority levels
- Support change management and deployment activities (including after-hours/weekends)
- Execute operational deployments end-to-end (including production to DR transitions)
- Perform technical validations post-deployment to ensure system stability
- Support project-related deployments in collaboration with project teams and PMs
- Monitor application health using APM tools and system metrics
- Perform log analysis and system checks across distributed environments
- Work in a 24/7 support model with rotating shifts (day/evening/weekend flexibility required)
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in troubleshooting and operational workflows
- Ability to explain technical concepts in Spanish
