• Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person requests
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Document, track, and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution
• Support data center operations, including validation of network links and connections
• Execute workflows to ensure systems and infrastructure are functioning correctly
• Collaborate closely with networking and infrastructure teams
• Assist in new data center build activities and rack handoff processes
• Follow established procedures and guidelines under supervision

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or related field
• Experience with break-fix, driver repairs, and basic troubleshooting
• Familiarity with computer hardware and components
• Basic networking knowledge, including:
• DHCP and Static IP configurations
• Fiber types (Single-mode / Multi-mode)
• Server connectivity checks
• At least 1 year of experience working in a data center environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• CompTIA A+ Certification
• CompTIA Network+ Certification
• CompTIA Server+ Certification
