Location: Sterling, VA – 20166 (Onsite – 4 Days/Week)
Shift: Night Shift – 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM
Schedule Options: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday
Pay: $20-$25/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
  • May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Must Have:

  • Open to Night shift (9:30-7:30am)
  • 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Experience working on driver repairs/dry-work/break-fix
  • Basic familiarity with computer hardware
  • Understands Leadership Principals
  • Specifically: Bias for Action, Be Curious, and Coachability
  • Lift up to 40lbs

Nice to Have:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Data center experience
  • Education/Certifications:
  • Associate’s degree in a related field
