Job Description 

• SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules certifications with extensive experience (5+ years) with at least 2 full end-to-end implementations
• Strong functional and configuration knowledge of Performance & Goals and Succession & Development, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, and drive global talent strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adoption across regions.
