Job Title: Technical Support Technician
Duration: 6-month contract (potential extension/conversion)
Location: New Carlisle, IN

(Entry Level Role - Open for all background expereince)

Qualifications :
Basic Networking knowledge
Understand TCP/IP networks, DHCP, Static IP
Basic Cabling (Fiber Optic – single mode and multimode) Knowledge
Basic hardware and IT system understanding
Understand setting up servers (rack installation, wiring servers, cable installation)
Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
Reliable transportation

Nice to Have:
Experience working in a data center environment
Time Management/Project Management skills
Able to schedule heavy activities and meet timelines
Strong work ethic

Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related type field
