Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Client Industry: Banking Client

Duration: 12+ months contract to hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Must-Haves:

• Prior experience as a business analyst in technical delivery.
• Strong communication skills with technical, business, and quantitative model stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for non-technical partners.
• Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Background in risk technology or risk management.
• Self-starter with excellent technical skills.

Day To Day:

• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical requirements meet business needs.
• Perform complex data analysis and design strategic data models.
• Contribute to agile routines, including sprint and capacity planning.
• Maintain and prioritize project backlogs.
• Review initial testing and implementation to ensure accuracy.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $65 to $68 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
