An Excellent Opportunity for “Changer Coordinator” to work with one of the Largest Global Bank in Charlotte, NC

Other Work location: Plano, TX 

Pay Range: $55/hr – $60/hr

Job Description:

DAY TO DAY

• Lead projects from strategy to execution, bringing clarity and momentum
• Own and create the deliverables execution-ready assets, project trackers, briefs, timelines and communications
• Translate input from risk and process product and stakeholders into clear, actionable plans
• Drive alignment across teams, ensure everyone understands priorities, decisions and next steps
• Act as the point of accountability, managing details while keeping the bigger picture in focus
• Tackle ambiguity with confidence, step in where needed and lead by doing
• Running high level projects for initiative based work

CHANGE MANAGEMENT MUST HAVES

• 7+ years working in Change and Release management 
• Experience creating CRQs (Change Release Requests)
• Remedy experience 
• Knowledge of the different types of CRQs
• Jira experience 
• 10/10 communication, strong personality
