Pay Range:$36 - $42/hour

About the Role:

• This position requires a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineer-I
• who can work under guidance while contributing to system design, testing, and customer support activities.
• The engineer will support the development and enhancement of system-level solutions, assist in troubleshooting issues, and help improve existing technologies.
• This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in system-level design and requirements gathering
• Support customers and assist in testing throughout different project phases
• Modify and upgrade existing system designs to improve performance and functionality
• Enhance existing technologies and contribute to new solution development
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve system-level issues
• Implement solutions to complex technical problems under guidance
• Maintain knowledge of video technologies and related standards
• Work with networking technologies such as TCP/IP and Ethernet
• Utilize system engineering and requirements management tools
• Communicate effectively through documentation, presentations, and team collaboration

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role
  Understanding of system-level design and requirements management
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet)
  Familiarity with server environments and virtualization (VMware or similar)
• Experience with UNIX/Linux systems
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
• Good understanding of technologies and industry standards
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to video technologies and standards
• Experience with system engineering tools and methodologies
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
