Operate independently to plan, develop, and execute talent management and learning projects.

Experience designing and producing short-form training videos, interactive eLearning, and technical training programs

Adept at translating complex technical and safety procedures into training modules

Subject matter experts to develop impactful video-based learning assets, simulations, and assessments that drive learner engagement, compliance, and operational performance.

Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Experience supporting and communicating with multiple stakeholder groups, including partners, customers, and campus leaders.

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated experience producing short-form training videos and digital learning content.

Strong skills in video editing software

Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and digital content authoring tools.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple training projects at once.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Experience in health, safety, facilities, security, or technical training environments.

Knowledge of microlearning principles and best practices for modern learners.

Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content.

Primarily an on-campus role with the ability to travel to various units for filming and training sessions.

Standard office and light fieldwork settings.
