Job Title: Fire Alarm specialist
Location: Deer Park, TX

Employment Type: Full-time (with benefits)

Salary Range - $40-47/HR

• 10+ Years of Hands-on Experience: Proven track record in the installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Electrical Authority: Deep expertise in the electrical side of systems (circuitry, wiring, and high-level troubleshooting).
• While 80% of the focus is electrical, the candidate must have the mechanical awareness to understand how fire suppression and alarm systems physically integrate with facility infrastructure.
• Must possess a valid TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) for immediate access to secure industrial and maritime sites.
• Does not wait for direction; proactively identifies potential bottlenecks in the installation process and resolves them. Can make hard decisions and take on leadership.
   

• Fire Extinguisher License
• Fire Alarm License
• NICET in fire suppression & special hazards

• High School diploma or GED and at least two (2) years of field experience in fire protection, petrochemical, oil refinery or related industry. Associate degree in science or technical area strongly preferred.
